their individual abilities and needs. Polva is an ancient town in southern
Estonia; our pupils come from all over Polva county, and board in the school

Disabilities; our 34 pupils all, in addition, present with a range of motor,
sensory, health or behavioural impairments. More than half are wheel-chair
users, a majority have some degree of visual or other sensory impairment.
The school is located in a Dublin seaside suburb and serves the South East
Dublin/North Wicklow area.

Aamoseskolen is a large school for children with physical, intellectual,
sensory and psychological disabilities. There are 104 pupils between the
ages of 6-17 years at the school. The school is located on the west coast of
Denmark and serves 5 municipalities. The school is physically situated in 2
different locations, 17 km. apart. In the school we are discussing how to
use the individual plan to achieve unified strategies between home and
school.
